How flexible is your company when it comes to hours?
My work hours are very reasonable , and the firm is very flexible and accommodating.

Quite flexible. There are instances where I need to log off early in order to make appointments. As long as I am not needed urgently for work, the firm is supportive of this. In other instances, I am able to come to work late due to other circumstances. I do not need to seek permission or jump through hoops. As long as my team is aware this is the case, and I am able to finish my work, I am able to work as flexibly as I wish.

I spend on average 10-11 hours in the office a day. Some days more, some days less, and some days more at home after I get home. While the firm is flexible with daily hours and trusts you to get the work done, billable hour targets make it difficult to have 'slow' or short days when you can.

There are standard business hours, but the firm can be flexible. The work hours depend on each team within the firm.

- I work around 40-50 hours per on average. It is rare that I work more than 60 hours in a week. - A typical day will be 8am to 6pm. I have only worked past 8 pm a handful of times this year. - My team are very happy about leaving earlier if not busy. - I work around 3-4 days in the office and the rest at home. The team has been very good about flexibility but now wants a minimum of three days in the office per week.

I regularly work from 8:45am to 6:00pm, and usually take a full hour for lunch. The hours may extend during busy periods, but not for long. Hours are very practice-specific, as is the attitude towards flexible working.
