There is a lot of opportunities for career progression. We have cross-practice collaboration which may see you working between two practices, you can shift to another team, or move to a different office. Promotion information is available on the firm intranet page and clearly outlines the criteria that are looked for to move up the ranks. The firm is very committed to maintaining its culture so getting promotions are more than just hitting your billable targets, it’s about participation in social, community and firm events, marketing, and client relationships.

We have an entire pro bono team and offer a rotation to graduates to participate in pro bono work. We also have multiple community projects and charity events. We also run regular wills clinics for ATIS. We also run an in-house art show to promote local artists.

The culture is amazing. It is rare to see anyone in the office after 6pm and people are certainly encouraged to go home at reasonable hours. The hierarchy is respected but all the team interact and socialize together, everyone is accessible, available, and friendly.
