What are your thoughts on pay and bonuses at your company?
I believe that working in government allows greater opportunity for career progression and more defined salaries based on roles. I think we are paid very well and it reflects the level of work we are expected to turn in.

Our pay is well aligned with the role we are doing and relevant responsibilities. I found this was slightly higher than a number of other graduate programs I had seen.

You sometimes get free tickets to events held at Landgate. If it's not free, it's heavily subsidised and you pay a fraction of the original cost. If you are required to work off-premises (i.e., in the field), you are given an allowance to spend on work-related items, such as gear or equipment.

If you join the organisations social club you're entitled to discounted movie tickets and other entertainment items.

I would say the flexible work hours. As we are a Government body, it is not possible to provide monetary or materialistic perks. However, in-kind support and the opportunities to attend learning courses are rewarding.
