Landgate offer's flexi-time, so it is required that we work 7.5 hours each day, however with flexi-time I find myself working a little extra each day which means that should I choose to, I can take longer lunches or work shorter days.

Landgate has self managed Flexi-Time, which is within reason and varies depending on your Line manager. My Line manager is awesome and allows me to use flexi time, as long as the work gets done.

My contract is for 37.5 hours per week (75 hours per fortnight). My organisation is flexible, you can work your 7.5 hours between the times of 7am and 6pm. However, the section you are in will influence your start and finish times. For example I usually start around 8.30 so that my Manager is here along with other team members, and I usually finish between 4.30pm and 5.00pm.

On average, I work 37.5 hours a week. I feel this is very normal and its the amount your average employee would have. This is where Landgate is amazing with their flexi hours system. You kick start your weekend early, that's awesome!!

The organisation is fairly flexible when it comes to work hours. You can start earlier and finish earlier or vice versa depending on the specific team you're based in. There is also flexi-leave which you can accumulate if you work over your standard 37.5 hours a week.
