Office & Workplace at Landgate

Landgate has a large 3 story office building to our disposal that we have been located in for 26 years in Midland, the company has just about completed a large project in amalgamating all staff to a more compressed area of the building to save energy. The work spaces are modern and of open-office design, the dress code fairly flexible but still smart casual. The building is located in Midland but slightly outside of the main drag, with ample parking available to all staff.

Perth Business Office is lovely, neat, great location, and has bookable hot desks. Midland is a huge spacious building, all customer areas and the central zone has been well done and thought out. Only complaint would be the tech side, which is still lacking.

All of the levels in the office are open planning. There are kitchen facilities and a cafe attached to the ground floor of the building. The location is outside of the Perth CBD which has it's down side when you need to attend events/meetings in the CBD however its location is in close proximity to public transport (the train station). There are bathroom/shower facilities within the office. The dress code is professional but casual - "clean tidy and appropriate for an office environment". On Friday you can dress casually (jeans ,etc).

Office space is more than sufficient, location is above average and facilities are good. The location could be better (We are located in Midland). Facilities wise, the premises are well maintained and there is free milk for employees.

The location at landgate is outside the CBD which means that there is limited choice of restaurants and places to go for lunch. However there is free parking relatively close to the building and the office is spacious with satisfactory facilities.

Offices are good, we have free parking which also assists with the office being located outside of the city. The dress code is probably more so on the side of being 'corporate casual'. Fridays are casual Fridays.
