As a graduate, I'm responsible for supporting senior members of the team, keeping on top of workstreams and other tasks typical of juniors. However, given the leaner nature of our teams, I also get significant exposure to clients and high levels of autonomy in completing work as I think appropriate - the team is always open to other perspectives and happy to discuss.
