I think a vast array of people can do project management. I think what you need to thrive in it is communication and people skills. Those are the most important. Having other administration skills and computer skills is helpful. The technical skills you can always learn, but having the right attitude and soft skills is really important.

I find it very satisfying and uplifting when a campaign, which I have created, performs well and our customers have reacted positively to it.

I choose Banking and Finance as I knew that I wanted to work on deals (rather than disputes) with an international element.

Working with the environment and sustainability team, I help manage the impact of our projects activities on the environment and on natural resources.
