Disability Support at Russell Kennedy

We aim to create an environment at Russell Kennedy that is characterised by equal access and respected participation of all groups and individuals.

We have a culture that embraces our people’s differences and fosters diversity and inclusion. We aim to support a culture where individuals of all backgrounds feel included and confident in bringing their whole selves to work, and where their talents are fostered, empowering them to contribute to the success of the firm.

Russell Kennedy has for a long time undertaken actions that foster and improve accessibility for people with disability within the firm. We seek to ensure that we meet the needs of people with disability who enter our premises, communicate with our staff and use our services.

Russell Kennedy is proud to be a member of the Australian Network on Disability (AND), a national member-based organisation that provides its members support through training, sharing knowledge and resources and facilitating networking opportunities, so that we can become more disability confident.

We have a specific Seasonal Clerkship pathway for persons with disability called ACCESS RK Seasonal Clerkship.
